Oasis Golf Club Tournament Results
At Oasis Golf Club we had 73 golfers show up to play in some of the best weather conditions we have had all year. On a beautiful sunny day, we had birdies, eagles, and even our first hole in one of the year in competition in Ohio. The closing stretch of 16, 17, 18 dubbed Arnie’s revenge played havoc on the field and made for some very exciting finishes throughout the divisions.
In Division 1 Andrew Miller showed tremendous patience and a great ability to grind as he posted a 2 over 38 on the front with just 2 bogeys. He then made bogey on 10 and proceeded to play the very challenging last 8 holes in 1 under with a birdie on the par 5 15th and then parred all of Arnie’s revenge. Andrew would post 74 for another victory. Josh Earnest and Ryan Groff both went out in 40 and then shot even par on the back 9 to come in at 76 and a tie for 2nd.
