New Year Invitational at Wild Wing Results

Thanks to all that played in our 3rd event of the 2022 season. We had a sold out field for the New Year's Invitational that was held on Jan. 8th at Wild Wing Plantation. The course was in fantastic shape. Rick and his staff were amazing as always. You missed a good one for sure!!! We paid out over $1840 in Visa Gift Cards to the winners. 

Div 1 was won by Justin lanf from the Carolina Triad-Triangle tour. He carded 5 birdies on his way to the win. David White finished 2nd. 

Div 2 was won by our very own Journeyman Don Sheads. He played a steady round carded his best round in quite a while. He not only won the Open Division but he Senior as well. Kevin Lyles from Charleston SC Apt and Chris Chris Conner finished tied for 2nd with Chris winning the tie breaker. 

Div 3 was won by Mr. Joey Pouch himself. Jack Curry fired a 78 to take the crown. Jack represents 2 of our National Sponsors 2UNDR and Motive CBD. Jack also won the Open and Senior Divisions. Rick Lee finished 2nd. 

Div 4 was one by another one of our guys. Chris Huge picked upo where he left off in the 2021 season to capture both the Open and Senior Divisions. Walter White and Tyler Hutchens finished tied for 2nd. In the Senior Division Tim Driggers finished 3rd and newcomer Jamie Costanzo finished 4th.  

Div 5 was won by another Charleston SC Apt tour member. Harold Heath playing in his 4th event of the young season captured his first win. He also won the Senior Division. Donald Baggett finished 2nd with Tommy Stokes finishing 3rd in Open and 2nd in Seniors.  

CTP were won by the following 

#5 - Rick Lee, #8 Justin Lang, #12 Rick Philo, #17 Kip Moore. 

They paid $63.00 each 

We also paid out $920 in Skins. Results are listed on tournament info page.  

50/50 winner was won by Cooter Douglas. Cooter always has bought 1 ticket every time over the years and never won. He would say "I am donating my $5" He took home $200 for having the winning ticket. Kevin Lyles won the free entry into our next event on Jan 29th being held at Pine Lakes Country Club "The Granddaddy". You do not want to miss this on this one. They went through an extensive renovation in 2021 and it is amazing. We only have 48 spots, so get signed up today.
