The PHX APT wants to thank all the players that battled it out at one of Tucson's nicest venues.
D1 one started off like a Jack rabbit as Antonio Garcia Jr started the round with three birdies on the front nine to take an early lead. Jason Vega would eventually stable his game to make a few birdies on the back nine tightening his clench on another victory!
D2 Champion Kristian Osuna would hold off Phoenix Chapter owner Junior London by 3 strokes to get his first win on the PHX APT! CONGRATS Kristian on your solid performance.
D3 Winner Antonio Garcia Sr came to the 18th tee box with a one stroke lead and needing a solid drive on one of the most intimidating driving holes in AZ. He settled his nerves to deliver what ended up being the winning blow for him as he squeaked by Jason Junio and Guillermo Heredia to take a one-shot victory!!
D4 Winner and Tucson resident used the home field advantage to put the competition in his rearview mirror. Jon played solid throughout the day and took a commanding three shot victory and his 2nd win on the APT!
D5 Winner and another Tucson resident Jessie Issacs started rough on the first couple holes as his nerves won the battle. He eventually calmed himself down enough to start stretching his lead and eventually closed the deal after he watched Brian Steele dump one in on hole 12 for a hole-in-one!! Congrats to both of you and Congratulations Jesse on your first win on the PHX APT!!
