Our next Tour Stop on the Amateurs Players Tour brought us to Spring Lake-Thunderbird GC!
It was a nice sunny day and the course was good shape.
Division 1: Vic Tandon(81) and Chris Farley(81) battled all day- course was a bear from 6950yds – so 18 holes just was not enough, so they went to sudden death playoff- Chris Farley pulled it out and took home the hardware.
Division 2: Lance Singer (76) for his 3rd win of the season-, pulled out a close one. Just on his heels was Joe Holzapfel(77) who took 2nd place and just one more back Joe Arnold(78) took home third place.
Division 3: With multiple lead changes all day long- Joe Cortez(78) pulled out the win – his 1st on Tour. Just 2 stokes back Brian Jackson(80) took 2nd place and Steve Phieffer(81) 3rd- rounded out the top 3.
Division 4: Gary Nuccio(86) game out of the gate strong and took home the Hardware- Another 2 strokes back, was Peter Murray(88) who took 2nd and Chris Mingacci(89) 3rd place.
Division 5: Ray Kenchik(87) nailed his 2nd win of the season – Promotion may be coming soon. Alan Ott (89) took second place with 3 tied for 3rd place- Chris Figliola(92),Mike Milinic(92) & John Parinello(92).
