Litchfield Invitational Golf Tournament Results

The Litchfield Invitational was held on Saturday March 19th at Litchfield Country Club. The course was amazing and the greens were the perfect. Eric and his staff were exceptional. Weather was the best we have had all season thus far, even with the wind picking up in the middle of the round. The Pace of Play was great. We averaged 4hrs and 23 minutes for the round. Thanks to all for your help with this.

Division 1 had 5 competitors and our very own Chapter Owner playing in his first event of the season took the crown. He of course didn't take the first place $100 visa gift card, Ethan Hood and Chris Collins split the prize money, they ended up tied for 2nd.

Division 2 had 6 players and Frank Censullo played a steady round to take the crown. Richard Knepp visiting from PA finished 2nd and Don Sheads and Jimmy Starrett finished tied for 3rd. Frank received a $120 visa gift card for his win.

Division 3 also had 6 players and Mark Scott (My Right Arm) got his first win of the season. Playing his New Srixon Irons edged out newly promoted from Div 4, Danny Hause by 1 shot. Logan Bass finished 3rd. Mark received a $120 visa gift card for his win.

Division 4 our largest division for this event 10 players was and won once again by Jamie Costanzo. She edged out Cooter Douglass by 2 strokes. Richard Hood finished 3rd and Ralp Perritano rounded out the top 4. Jamie received $140 visa gift card and Cooter received a $60 Visa Gift Card.

Division 5 had 8 players and once again Ricky Compton edged out Greg Dover, Bobby Peyton and Travis Shively to get the win. Greg has been improving all season and he has finished runner-up 2 events in a row. Ricky received a $120 Visa Gift Card for the win and Greg Dover received $40 Visa Gift Card for 2nd after the toe was broken.
