A truly beautiful day for APT Maryland to host its seven tournament of the season. A Steamy hot summer day greeted the 40 players for friendship and great golf at the beautiful Greystone Golf Course in Baltimore Maryland.
Division 1:
The D1 winner was from the Metro Philly tour Dan Ayers, shot (76). Second was Chris Meares from New Jersy with a (77). Dan battled Chris to the final hole and earned a one-stroke victory.
Division 2:
The D2 winner was from the Maryland Chapter Dave Pongrace, shot (76), Along with Gil Moniz from the Metro Philly tour, Dave won on the first playoff hole to earn his first APT victory. Third was Chris Wright of the Virginia Capital tour with a (77). Dave, Gil and Chris battle off a strong field.
Division 3:
The D3 winner was Rich Geren from the Virginia Capital chapter with a (79) for a three-stroke victory over Charles Hertell and Bryan Patterson, (82) both from the Maryland Chapter,
Division 4:
The D4 winner was Robert Irwin from the Metro Philly Tour, came in with an (85). Second place went to Jacob Autrey with a (90).
Division 5:
D5 winner was Maurice Murphy of the Virginia Capital Chapter shot a (93) to win by four over Frank Holbrook (97). Maurice’s steady play throughout the day earned him another victory from the Maryland Chapter.
Senior Net:
The Senior Net went to a Robert Irwin from the Philly Metro Tour.
