Three Ridges golf course welcomed TN East to a good day of competition. The course was running firm, greens fast and the weather was wonderful.
Division 1 winner Ramsey Kimbrough started with a front nine 38 to lead by 1 shot a back nine 37 for a 75 total to seal the victory winning by 5 shots.
Division 2 was another nail biter that required a playoff to determine a winner. Nathan Frazier won on the 2nd playoff hole as Anthony Stout’s birdie was not enough to match Nathan’s eagle 3.
Division 3 Mace Avison carded a –1 under par on the front nine topping that off with a +5 76 to top the field. With his great play Mace has now been battlefield promoted to D2.
Division 4 Paul Harris continued his dominance shooting +14 86 to hold on for a two stroke win over Daniel England.
Division 5 Emmett Warner has become a threat in D5. He has continued to play well all year long. Emmett has now went back to back victories. Mike Ridge SR continued his steady play to hold on to a 2nd place finish.
The next event will be June 3, 2023 at Island Pointe in Kodak, TN
