Our next Tour Stop brought us to beautiful Bethpage State Park to take on Bethpage's RED course! After a windy wet couple days, nothing but blue skies and sunshine were in store for the tournament! Let's see how the players did!
Division 1 - The guys took the course and battled it out to see who would take home first place. 18 holes just weren't enough for Bobby Booth(74) and Christopher Farley(74) as they took it to a playoff! In the end Booth proved to be too much and claimed the win! Luke Walters(75) and Rygo Foss(75) took home a share of third.
Division 2 - For his first win of the season - James Miller(74) found himself taking home the hardware. On his heels most of the day were John Sheehan(77) and Scott Padova(80) who finished out the top three. Congrats James on the big win!
Division 3 - Dennis Maloney(77) might be looking at a promotion after this performance! Shooting just 7 over Maloney easily took home first place here in division 3, keeping Sal Ditta(81), Kevin Smith(84) and Pat Forgarty(84) at bay throughout the round! Congrats Dennis on the victory!
Division 4 - Five strokes separated the top 4 players here in div 4! In the end Larry Barber(85) (Philly Metro) claimed the win and took home the hardware! Finishing in second was Andrew Repetto(88) while Joe Mantesta(90) and Jimmy Tubbs(90) took a share of 3rd!
Division 5 - It's been a long time coming for this man, as he sniffed the winners circle a few times this year! Dan Andrews(89) was finally able to break through and get his first win of the season! Second place went to Mark Countryman(90) and third was taken by John Balingit(91). It was a good fight down to the last hole but Andrews proved too good when all was said and done.
It was an awesome day with great weather, plenty of laughs and some great golf! We hope to see everyone again at our next tour stop on September 12th 2021 at the "Mansion Ridge Shoot-Out” at the Mansion Ridge GC in Monroe New York!
