    The Empower Golf Performance Championship took center stage amidst cold and rainy conditions at the scenic Arroyo Golf Club on February 4, 2024. Despite the challenging weather, the tournament showcased exceptional talent across its various divisions, culminating in thrilling moments and remarkable victories. 

    **Division 1:** 

    In Division 1, Reece Rodriguez emerged as the standout performer, clinching his first APT victory with a solid performance. Rodriguez showcased his prowess with a composed display, carding a 41-36 (71), finishing at +5. Reigning Division 1 Player of the Year, Josh Crossen, put up a commendable effort securing the second spot with a score of 43-37 (80), closing at +8. 

    **Division 2:** 

    Hendra Wijaya stole the spotlight in Division 2, delivering the standout round of the day across all divisions. Wijaya’s stellar performance saw him navigate the challenging conditions with finesse, posting an impressive 39-36 (75) to finish at +3. Mark Smith displayed remarkable consistency, securing the second position with a score of 41-37 (78), concluding at +6. 

    **Division 3:** 

    Reigning Division 3 Player of the Year, Matt Baiza, showcased his championship pedigree yet again, clinching victory with a composed performance. Baiza’s steady play resulted in a score of 39-42 (81), finishing at +9. Tyrese Patterson demonstrated resilience, claiming the runner-up position with a score of 45-42 (87), ending at +15. 

    **Division 4:** 

    David Teator asserted his dominance in Division 4, delivering a commanding performance to secure victory. Teator’s skillful play earned him the top spot with a score of 49-40 (89), finishing at +17. Danny Villalobos showcased determination, securing second place with a score of 43-50 (93), concluding at +21. 

    **Division 5:** 

    Division 5 witnessed a thrilling conclusion as Jason Wirowek and Peter Rosen battled it out for the championship title. Wirowek demonstrated nerves of steel, sinking a crucial birdie putt on the playoff hole to clinch victory. Despite a valiant effort, Rosen fell short, settling for the runner-up position after a captivating playoff showdown. 

    **Senior Net:** 

    Securing victory with a remarkable -1 Net Total, Hendra Wijaya was able to take home another trophy on the day. Delivering a performance that exemplified his mastery of the game. His consistent play and calculated approach propelled him to the top of the leaderboard, earning him a well-deserved championship title. 

    The EGP Championship Golf Tournament showcased the resilience, skill, and competitive spirit of the participants, highlighting their dedication to the sport. As the rain-soaked course bore witness to memorable moments, each division’s champion etched their name in tournament history, celebrating their triumph amidst challenging conditions.
