2023 Queenstown Golf Tournament Results


APT Maryland held its seventh event of the 2023 season at the Queenstown Harbor.  40 players were challenged for two days.  Saturday the Lakes Course and Sunday was the River Course. It was a beautiful weekend for APT Golf.  Folds of Honor raffle was also conducted. 

Division 1: 
The D1 winner was from New Jersey Dan Ayars.  Dan was over over for the weekend, coming in second was Ian Patterson a Maryland player. 

Division 2: 
The D2 winner was from the Maryland Chapter, Bill Marlowe, Bill was 12 over for the weekend, coming in Second was Mike Vawter also from Maryland Chapter.  Third place went to Marco Zarate from the Virginia Capital 

 Division 3: 
The D3 winner was Chuck Nimmo, Chuck was 27 over for the weekend, edging out Bryan Patterson on the first playoff hole. Chuck is from the Virginia Capital and Bryan from the Maryland Chapter. 

 Division 4:   
 The D4 winner was Christy McCauley, Christy was 35 over for the weekend.  A tied was for second Milton Rashid and Tom Holecek.  Christ plays out of the Carlina Chapter, Milton is from Maryland and Tom is from the Virginia Captial 

Division 5:  
D5 winner was Mario Zarate, Mario was 42 over for the weekend. Second place went to Todd Truax.  Both Mario and Todd come from the Virginia Capital. 

Senior Net:
The Senior Net went to Christy McCauley, and second was Mike Vawter and third was Thomas Porter.  Christy plays out the Carlina Chapter, Mike is from Maryland and Thomas is from Virginia Capital. 

 The winner of the Folds of Honor 50/50 raffle was Jim Pritchett
