The Arkansas Chapter of the Amateur Players Tour made its 5th stop of the season at Malvern Country Club. 21 players made up the power packed field. With beautiful weather overhead we would see some great scores from all Divisions.
Division 2:
Kendall Price would claim his 4th Win this season after posting a total score of 77. Elisha Payne would take home second place with a total score of 78. LR Gardner would finish in third place posting a total score of 84.
Division 3
Newly promoted Rich Langley came out of the gate hot of his win at Ridgepointe to clime back-to-back wins this season posting a total score of 81. Brad Bettis would take home second place posting a total score of 83. Jeff Loggins would finish in third place posting a total score of 86.
Division 4
Jon Nutt would find his way to first place this week after posting a total score of 85. Jeff Corder and Adam Wright of DFW Chapter would finish in a tie for 2nd, both posting a total score of 91.
Division 5
Larry Burrow would Take home the first-place victory after 3 consecutive 2nd place finishes by posting a total score of 85. Shawn Brown playing as a guest at this week’s event in Malvern would finish in second place posting a total score of 89. Chad Hatfield would finish in third place with a total score of 92.
Senior Net:
Jon Nutt would claim the Senior Net Victory this week in Malvern, AR. By posting a net score of -3 under par. Rich Langley would finish in second place posting a Net score of -2 under and Kendall Price would finish in third with a Net score of -1 under.
