Colonial Country Club Golf Tournament Results

We had 64 players come out to take on the challenges of Colonial Country Club. The rains held off but the winds picked up around 20 mph gust. 

In Division 1 we had a 4-way PLAYOFF between Wesley Tyner, Anthony Baker, Jared Taylor and Timothy Barto. All players after 18 were tied 74(+3). On the first playoff hole 3 of 4 players birdied the hole. And the tournament was settled when Anthony Baker drained a birdie on #3. Scorecard Playoff for runner up was secured by Timothy Barto with 35 back nine score. Tyner secured 3rd place. In Senior Division 1 Double Dip, we had Tod Dauler secure the victory with 76(+5). 

In Division 2 the playoff theme continued where we had a 3-way PLAYOFF between CJ Beatty, Juan Sedano and Terry Newsome. The players finished 18 holes at 76(+5). The playoff was short and sweet as Terry Newsome hit an approach to 4 ft and made birdie to secure victory. The scorecard playoff winner was CJ Beatty with a score of 36 on the back nine. Rounding out the top 3rd was Juan Sedano. In the Senior Division 2 Double Dip we had tie for 1st between Juan Sedano and Terry Newsome. 

In Division 3 we had another tight race where the leaderboard changed daily between several players but in the Seth Tousey takes the victory with an score of 81(+10) to hold 2nd place Maximillian Morris and winner of 3rd place beating out Flip Lea by way of scorecard playoff was Christopher Kelley. In Senior Division 3 Double Dip Maximillian Morris wins with a score of 82(+11). 

In Division 4 we had our most impressive round of the day by Anthony Stephenson with a score of 79 (+8) to win by 5 shots over runner up Sean May. The players played a very good round in tough conditions. In Senior Division 4 Double Dip we had Curtis Faison winning with a score of 88(+17) 

In Division 5 we had another tie competition where the leaderboard saw several players hold the lead for the day. But in the end, it was Cal Rogers as your big winner with a score of 88(+17) to hold of 2nd place winner Chris Tuggle 90(+19). The victory in the open division also allowed Cal Roger to win the Senior Division 5 Double Dip. Congratulations Cal!!!
